Art is a bridge that connects us across cultural, racial, and societal divides, allowing us to more deeply understand one another. Through art we break down barriers of difference, begin to mend toxic isolation, mitigate violence, and nurture compassion within our communities.
Whether you are an individual looking to get out of a stuck place, an organization looking to build stronger bonds within your team or a company looking for murals to grace your space- I love partnering with others and co-creating thriving content for you and your group.

Arts-based Team Building Workshops for organizations, schools, businesses and community groups
Available in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. Facilitated virtually worldwide.
Art is a powerful medium to support connected, engaged, productive, resilient employees through customized workshops. These trainings provide the ability to support team building and communication, self-care, creativity development and reconnection, boost workplace morale and increase resilience, all led by an experienced facilitator with decades of experience working with groups. Activities range from small scale individual activities to large scale creations that can later be installed in a community space for ongoing connection to the topics discussed. All materials are included.
