Shipping policy
All orders are mailed from Northern California within 5 business days via USPS. During the holidays, expect possible delays.
Shipping charges for your order will be estimated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are auto calculated and include the total expected cost of 1) shipping by a provider and 2) handling (which covers the expected costs associated with the process of preparing and packing an order). If there is a more effective or efficient option available at the time of shipment, we reserve the right to change shipment methods at no additional cost to you. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If provided by the shipper, we will email the shipping tracking number when fulfilling your request so that you are able to track and locate your package as it is en route. We are not responsible for mail delays, including those caused by weather.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. If your package is shipped via USPS, it's important to note that they will not open a case about a missing 1st class package until it’s missing for 30 days; Priority Package for 7 days.
If you receive your order and discover that it’s damaged or you receive the wrong item or wrong quantity, please reach out to us to jen@radicistudios so we can make it right.
International orders usually take 1-4 weeks to arrive from our ship date. Once the package leaves the USPS/UPS and is in country we can no longer track the package. International orders may be subject to import tax/handling fees when delivered and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any fees.
Please be aware of your country’s rules before you place your order. International orders that do not arrive will not be resent unless the customer places an entirely new order.
