Some projects require designing not only the artwork itself, but also the experience around its creation.

I worked with the leaders of the Cowell Foundation to design a process for 100 non-profit leaders to participate in a collaborative mural project during their three-day convening. I created a process that welcomed participants—many of whom did not identify as artists or have prior mural experience—into a meaningful experience. Through guided reflection and facilitation, the group explored how they are showing up in their organizations and what they need to thrive. These reflections informed both the mural content and the collaborative process.

The final outcome was a triptych of murals—The Seeds, The Bees, and The Blooms—which now hang in the Cowell Foundation offices as lasting symbols of collective growth and shared vision.
